Joshua proudly holds a private investigator license in the esteemed State of North Carolina, marking the culmination of a journey that commenced in 2004 when he made the noble decision to enlist in the United States Army. Serving as a dedicated military police officer, Joshua fulfilled crucial roles both on foreign soil, supporting OIF/OF combat operations, and within the borders of our great nation.
Throughout his military tenure, Joshua’s unwavering commitment and exceptional performance garnered numerous awards and commendations. Climbing the ranks, he attained the prestigious position of Sergeant before his honorable discharge in 2011—a chapter defined by dedication and service to the utmost degree. Transitioning to civilian life, Joshua embraced a career in law enforcement in 2008, joining a Police Department as a patrol officer. As his passion for justice and community protection deepened, he assumed various specialized roles, including narcotics officer, K-9 Officer, Field Training Officer, and Narcotics Interdiction Officer. These experiences equipped him with invaluable skills in handling federal and state criminal cases across diverse scenarios.
Today, as a private investigator, Joshua collaborates closely with esteemed attorneys throughout North Carolina. Together, they navigate intricate landscapes of criminal and domestic investigations, ensuring no stone is left unturned. His expertise extends to areas such as process services, Post Conviction Relief, and subpoena services, providing comprehensive support in the pursuit of justice.
Joshua’s professional journey is characterized by a commitment to service and an unwavering dedication to upholding the principles of justice. From military service to law enforcement tenure, and now as a licensed private investigator, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every case undertaken.
Nan Guirguis
CLO / Co-Founder
Guided by a profound sense of purpose and divine inspiration, Nardine Mary Guirguis, affectionately known as “Nan,” is embarking on a journey deeply rooted in a family legacy of justice. The spark for her passion ignited through her Grandfather’s unwavering battle against injustice as an Attorney in Egypt. Nan, now a torchbearer of this legacy, draws strength from her Grandma’s stories, which kindled her love for the legal profession and solidified her commitment to the enduring values instilled by her family.
Visualizing the agency as a divine instrument led by God, Nan places faith at the core of her team’s endeavors. Her grandmother’s teachings persist as a guiding force, reinforcing Nan’s conviction that her purpose lies in advocating for justice and selflessly serving others.
Nan’s academic journey, marked by excellence, unfolded as she graduated at the top of her class with a degree in Sociology from North Carolina State University. Rather than fostering pride, this accomplishment humbled her and fortified her determination to pursue law school. Opting for Campbell Law School due to its distinguished Trial Advocacy training, Nan not only excelled academically but also secured a coveted position on the Trial Team, showcasing her prowess in litigation.
In addition to her dedication to the legal field, Nan channels her passion into Immigration Law, actively participating in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Committed to staying abreast of the dynamic immigration law landscape, she ensures that the Alliance Security and Investigations team offers clients the highest level of representation. Beyond her professional pursuits, Nan finds joy in the companionship of her two large, lovable dogs, cherishing the boundless love of her family.

Rita is a vital member of the Alliance Security and Investigations team, serving as the Office Manager. Fluent in Arabic, Greek, French, Spanish, and English, Rita’s multilingual abilities make her an essential asset for facilitating seamless communication within our diverse clientele. Her proficiency in multiple languages goes beyond practicality; it reflects our commitment to providing inclusive and accessible services.
In her capacity as Office Manager, Rita plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day administrative tasks. Her organizational skills, attention to detail, and command of multiple languages contribute to the efficient functioning of the office. Rita’s adept navigation of various responsibilities underscores her dedication to maintaining a well-organized and client-focused environment.
